|some users are unable to get the new emails on the outlook account because of the incorrect settings.
1. First of all, try to access the outlook account through different device.
2. Click on the email rules and delete all types of filters.
3. Go to the forwarding settings and delete the forwarding accounts as well.
4. Remove the current account and then delete the yahoo account too.
5. If hotmail is not receiving emails on the mail application, you should remove the current account and then add the account again.
6. If mail app doesn't work properly, you need to install the outlook app.
